DSauls 0 Posted April 30, 2011 I had my lapband surgery April 25th. I have been achy tired and confused feeling. I hurt in my chest...dr said it was from the gas. Suggested I tried gas x...still not much relief. I have tried to move around as much as possible...just so tired and want to lay down. I feel like I want to be back to normal.....real quick! Why do I feel like this?
TKW 501 Posted April 30, 2011 You'll wake up one day and feel like new... it took me 4 or 5 days then I felt great! Totally normal. If you feel like taking a nap, by all means take one! You had major surgery, get your rest. Best of Luck on your journey!!!

Sistersue 12 Posted May 4, 2011 I did but I made myself walk at least twice a day, half a mile each time. The more you move the faster you will heal. My routine was to drink some Water, take a gas-x, walk 1/2 a mile, drink some portein, sleep for 2 hours, get up and do it again. I got my water in and my Protein too. brbm6 6 Posted May 4, 2011 I had the chest pain. It was the worst! The only thing that helped was tons of Water and a heating pad. Poor you!
