Had my 1st fill yesterday. I'm not sure the exact amount but I know it was a bit more than 3 cc. I feel NO restriction. Is this normal? Also, How have you all worked past the "head hunger"?

I had my first fill yesterday as well, and I feel no restriction. I wonder if they even put saline in there. Hmmmm.......

I had my second fill this week and don't feel a thing. I have only lost 5 lb. I was told I'm still eating too many calories. I get very hungry
