jamelyn1979 1 Posted April 27, 2011 I do follow a pretty low carb diet, so those recipes would be my choice, but other than that, I'm open to anything. I am SO sick of everything that I'm eating and would love to change up my food. THANK YOU

Melissannde 41 Posted April 27, 2011 http://www.recipesecrets.net/forums/ (they have a low-carb section) Look for the Asian Glazed chicken Drumsticks.. they are SOOOOOO good. I used thighs and splenda instead of drumsticks and sugar.. came out so tasty & tender. I'm getting hungry just typing about it. www.cookinglight.com world according to eggface blog (her "bites" are good stuff.. she does have lots of liquids, which aren't usually good for a bandster once past healing.. YMMV) hungrygirl.com (she has some awesome "swaps", just be judicious as not all of her stuff is low-carb) Have fun

Missy0224 6 Posted April 27, 2011 I use and highly recommend sparkrecipes.com and what's cool is you can search for recipes based on your dietery needs like low carb, low fat, sugar free, lactose free, glueten free, and vegan/vegetarian. You can even search for bariatric recipes. Hope this helps!
CrazyKoKo 1 Posted April 27, 2011 I, too, love bariatriceating.com.. look for the recipe for cheeseburger pie.. it's delicious and quite easy to eat! My second favorite is allrecipes.com. I just mess around with foods that I've always loved to make them lower in carbs and higher in Protein and try to please hubby and kids along the way! Melissannde 41 Posted April 27, 2011 I like bariatriceatings recipes, but have stopped recommending the site as I have reservations about some of the things she posts seems to have been stolen from other sites. For example: Cabot cheese had a recipe and photo - it was found on her site with the same photo and a recipe tweak. It's since been removed. I do still use it (my bad), but just can't tell others about it.
kellyodoran 12 Posted April 27, 2011 I love allrecipes.com, and most of the recipes do have nut. value also I love allcooks.com. Sometimes when I find a recipe I like that isn't all that skinny, I search the net for maybe lower fat versions of it! There are probably a dozen diff ways to fix the same dish! I am always trying new recipies! Pooh on same ol' stuff week in and week out!
