Damn I'm scared , I love to eat But the one thing I keep thinking is by next year when I wear shorts or skirts my thighs wont rub together. and maybe a bikini ? who knows right ? But seriously when I went in for the first meeting we were given a printed copy of what to expect and seems like all were supposed to go on this two week liquid diet with one meal for lunch and no coffee? ??? I am up at 2 am Im not going without coffee , cut the cream yes cut the caffine no. But seriously a print out for all that doesn't seem correct . I see alot of the low carb people on here I think I will give my nutritionist a call I went for my pre op dr apt and he said I can feel your rib cage i can do your surgery? this is scary for me do they not understand ? or is this get as many patients in before medical insurances decide not to pay ?
