6 Month Supervised Diet Weight Gain

Has anyone gained weight at the end of their 6 month supervised diet and were approved by your insurance company for surgery?

Yes

I had to repeat it due to gaps in first one

I was on it for 11 months

By the end of the 11th month I was at an all time high

I gained weight one month but mostly I kept my weight stable.

I gained quite a bit. Almost 20 pounds, and managed to reach my all time high. My surgery is scheduled for May 3rd. Good luck on your journey!

My insurance did not have a diet requirement but my doctor insisted that I loose 30-34 lb. So the question is really what your doctor is going to require.
