Under 300 for the first time in almost 10yrs!!!

Today is a wonderful day for me. I stepped on the scale and saw that I was finally under the dreaded 300 mark! It has been nearly 10yrs since I have been under that horrible number. I started mushies this past week so I am hoping I can keep up with the weight loss. I know it is suppose to be a healing time, but I still will continue to work on losing.

Congratulations - I was almost there earlier this week and have gained a few pounds. I haven't had my first fill yet..
