This year it actually isn't that traumatic since I've cut those items way down since being banded on 2/17. Morning: Starbucks Tall Skinny Cinnamon Dulce Latte (only like 90 cals/14 carbs/9 protein) Breakfast: 1/2 cup of egg salad w/ dill, onions and light mayo. 1/2 cup pineapple Lunch: 3oz grilled chicken with light ranch wrapped in boston lettuce leafs. 1/2 cup cucumber salad Snack: Fage 0% Greek Yogurt - Cherry Pomegranate Pre-Workout: GNC Lean shake - vanilla Dinner: 3 meatballs, 1/4 cup Pasta Sauce, 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese on top and melted. 1 cup of matzo ball Soup.< /p> Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
