momtotwins 0 Posted April 16, 2011 I am two weeks out from being banded....is it normal to have lots of pulling and soreness where my port is attached? I think it is where the port is however, I can't feel it. I assume it is the port. Does this mean a possible flip? I am flipping out. I should probably say I am trying to be careful but I have a set of two year old twins,,,,, Help.....

Joleen 3 Posted April 16, 2011 I have been banded almost 3 weeks and I only eat 1/2 to 3/4 cups at a time and my pain is rough. From what I have read and what people have told me when I posted the pain we are experiencing is normal! The port is attached by sutures in to the muscle and it can take up to 6 months to fully heal! I am using my heating pad a lot which helps. Good luck
