Hey Guys

I am 7 days out and I am feeling sooo much better. Days 1-3 were ROUGH but now I am about 75% better. I have been on a liquid and thick liquid diet (yogurt, thick Soup smoothies) all sugar free or no sugar added. I have lost approx 13 pounds since surgery day. I totally anticipate this to slow down once I get back to solids or semi solids but I have been surprised by how I dont miss soda and sweets. I am still not very "hungry" but I have been eating 3 or 4 times a day but not very much at a time. Just want to give all the brand new bandsters hope, YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS!!! And its worth it!
