Wheetsin 714 Posted January 14, 2006 I thought you were describing me, but I wear a 12. At 235ish I wore a 20. At 215ish I wore an 18. My first personal goal is 200. My long-term pesonal goal is 180. This is me in 20s, so you get an idea what that size looks like on someone with our structure (forgive the bad clothing, I was boarding a 12 hour flight!):
DeLarla 22 Posted January 14, 2006 I never cared much for numbers, but the lowest I ever was in life was 175, which had me in size 13. I just want my belly rolls and side boobs gone! I'm not thrilled with the bag of bones look, either. My husband says having sex with a skinny woman is like screwing a bag of antlers. Thanks everyone for your suggestions, help & compliments. Even though numbers aren't important, I need to know approximately how much more I need to lose before I can go on maintenance. 1200 calories ain't always cutting it. Iluvharleys 15 Posted January 14, 2006 I hate to judge how we look by a number, I think they way we look and feel is much better. I say when you get to that point, you will know it!
vinesqueen 2 Posted January 14, 2006 Well, according to the "ideal weight" calculators, I should weigh about 140-160. But when you take into account my fat free mass is 140, there is NO WAY I could reach any sort of external "ideal weight" Lisa, my dear circus co-freak, if you send me your current weight and your body fat percentage, I will come with with a scientifically derived number for you. Or you could just add 25 - 30% to that number to get a reasonable goal weight.
Kelliebelly 13 Posted January 14, 2006 Lisa, I just seen your updated pic and you look awesome..you have lost so much weight. I think maybe about 190lbs. My goal is 170lbs and I am 5"6....but I also think that when you feel comfortable with what you are is when you will know you are at the right weight...but also have mini goals along the way to make it easier.
