I really liked her. A couple of days before surgery she called to make sure everything had been finalized and if I had any last minute questions and we ended up talking for probably half an hour about her personal experiences, etc. It really helped to keep me focused on the goal.

Thank you all for the comments. I am getting very excited and It makes me happy to see everyone else has had a good experience at True Results too. Rachel is also my patient advocate. I can only imagine how busy this girl is because I email her often as well.

I will meet Dr. Reilly on April 21 for pre-op. I've heard good things about him as well. Rachel is also my patient coordinator.....

I just started my 6 mo supervised plan with True Result, Houston, so they can submit me for insurance. They told me that's all I need to be approved. WooHoo!! I thought it wouldn't have been alot more difficult but they are making it seem all so easy!!! Glad to hear everyone has had a good experience.

I just signed all my finance paperwork Friday. Surgery is tomorrow morning at 7:30am. I am excited.
