I've been eating between 600 to 900 a day but from what I'm reading that's not enough but my weight loss is doin ok i have lost about 25 kgs (55 lbs). I had surgery on 14/02/11. hah131 7 Posted April 7, 2011 i eat between 550 and 900 most days...there are days here and there when i splurge, but when i'm on point, that's the range where i am. i've lost 73 pounds in 6 months, so it's worked for me. i think everyone's body works differently, so if you're losing weight with 600-900 calories, and you're feeling satiated, stick with it! Oh and I had my 1st fill 2 weeks ago and it's helped a lot Everyone's metabolism is different. After reaching my goal, I can lose 1/2 # /wk by avg. 1500 cals/week. I crave nothing. Yeh thanks I guess I will keep doin what I'm doin I'm also at the gym 3 days a week which would help, oh and yes I splurge probably once a week now and it hasn't affected much so it's become a very sustainable diet which is what I was after Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
