Dylan'smom Avatar help

Recommended Posts

I so can't figure out how to make this just my face. I have a picture and can't attatch it since it is a jpeg. I am so not technically inclined sometimes. This pic over 6 months old and 25 pounds heavier but I'm tired of not having an Avatar. Can you please help!! I've seen you work your magic and as our official Admin I need your expertise. If this comes through I am the one on the left and just want me in the pic on my avatar. Thanks in advance for your help!! I attatched it at the bottom I think. Lord, I'm lost!

Thanks a bunch, Kim

Hey! I think it's great! And the best part is...with your band, you can have one! You just won't be able to drink the whole thing.....LOL:tea:

My boss calls me a frap ho instead of a crack ho. Cause some days I would do anything for one. Some days they are the only thing I can get down...If I could just find out who is hiding the caramel mocha frappacino and peanut M&M diet plan I would be right on track. I could live off those 2 things the rest of my days.

Sorry I am just getting to this now. I am glad that someone else was able to help you out a bit sooner. I had to work last night and then had an appointment this morning, so I'm just now getting online.

It looks good!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Anyone had the TORe procedure? How did it go? How much weight did you loose?

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
