54Shirley 105 Posted April 6, 2011 I made a old recipe tonight for my husband, and I had 4 oz. myself. It's good, and not that fattening. Iwill give the whole recipe for a family dinner, and you can break this down it's not hard. GLAZED PORK CHOP BAKE. Could use chicken instead. 6 chops (I use Boneless,) 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce 1 cup BBQ Sauce (your choice) Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam place the washed meat into pan mix the 2 sauces together pour over the chops. 54Shirley 105 Posted April 7, 2011 Try it in the oven. It is not dry at all.... It's very moist ! The glaze then you spoon on each chop, just stays on it. It doesn't Water away threw the heat.
