sassybandster 1 Posted April 6, 2011 Hello all! I'm new at this. I was banded on April 23, 2010 and have lost 62 lbs so far. I've kinda hit a plateau and am having a hard time losing. I have a 10 cc band and 5cc filled. I have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week so I feel like I am toning up. I've probably slacked off on my eating habits some and I need to get back on track!
