Banded 2004. Still not at goal. Advice? Help?

What am I not doing right? Start weight 247/now 201./Goal 145. NOT THERE YET! FRUSTRATED.

Fills...unfills... exercise.... yep... done triathlons 4x, ran a half marathon... trainers galore.... Too tight... too loose... Any ideas out there? Cause I am sick of this and thinking of moving on to another weight loss surgery.

Thanks for any help!
