Hi everyone,

Well I've never joined a group like this before, but when I live in a small community where there is not a support group I guess I need to take other measures. I had the lap band put in on Nov 2010 and I've lost 35 lbs. I went in to see the doctor for a fill today and he said no fill was needed. Not really the news I was expecting to eat. Todays appt was more like a reminder that now is my time to work with my tool and quite choosing the wrong foods to eat. I guess I'm here to get that support from others who might be going through what I am and I would like to know I'm not the only one out there. Have a great weekend everyone and please try to enjoy our accomplishments we have gained.
