I think I finally have good restriction

OK- I had my 2nd fill about 4 weeks ago. Aunt Flo is supposed to come visit within the next 1-3 days. Today for lunch, I ordered a chicken caesar salad from the deli in my building.

Before banding, I could eat the whole thing no problem (of course!). After banding, I was able to eat 1/2 of it and take the rest home for later. Not today! I only ate about 1/4 if even that much, and I am totally stuffed!

Now I think I see what the other ladies mean when they say you are tighter around that time of the month.

i was just about to post about finally having some restriction. i just got a second fill on tuesday and i am finally feeling that full feeling. at least before 9pm. after that, all bets are off!

Great for you! I think I'm due for a fill, I'm eating wayyyy too much. Things I haven't eaten in over a year, like a flour tortilla quesadilla.

But seriously, after my first fill I was still able to eat flour tortillas. I haven't tried to since my 2nd fill though.

me too, i feel like I could eat the house down when I am on my monthly. I also feel like at nite the band is wide open. I do great all day long but I am teeling you my band knows when it is after 9 pm.:hungry:

Thats great... Me I dont have "that time of month" yet.. maybe I need to lose more weight... and I think I need another fill... Also I hear about people saying thier fill kicks in a few weeks after a fill.. hmmmmm

As I was eating lunch today, I knew I had seen a thread about chick-fil-a. I took a bite of a chicken tender and ow! ow! ow! Then I did just like Desiree in the link below and drank some tea. Literally could not swallow. More pain. To the bathroom I go- sliming! Needless to say, no more chick-fil-a for me ever again! I don't want that experience anymore.
