reverie 49 Posted April 1, 2011 It may be harder in the beginning but I did fine at about 800-1000 calories. I did beachbody programs though when I got into more strenuous exercises I upped my calories. I'm eating 1700 nowadays. Having the band doesn't mean you have to be eating a low-calorie diet forever.
