energy loss from lower intake?

I enjoy exercise and am planning on getting the lap band. I am wondering if I'll still be able to find the energy to exercise and do my zumba classes since i'll have a lower calorie intake. Thanks!

It may be harder in the beginning but I did fine at about 800-1000 calories. I did beachbody programs though when I got into more strenuous exercises I upped my calories. I'm eating 1700 nowadays. Having the band doesn't mean you have to be eating a low-calorie diet forever.

It is much more about the type of calories you intake. Stay focused on Proteins and complex carbs, and the energy levels will work out.
