I am kcage1.. I love it because even my 0.8 lbs lost was motivational! Will be adding some of the others at the top as well. I love having friends on there who are sleeved as well! Good luck everyone

I just started using it. I used to just log things in a spreadsheet but like the portability.

I'm adding you all so look for me:) I'm ddfinn there also:) Please make your diaries available to friends. Its helps so much to see what other vsgers are eating. Please excuse the 12 chips I ate today. I log it all, the good, the bad, and the ugly!!

I log everything as well no matter what! Curious though as to how many calories you all give your selves? I do 1000 if I exercise I eat a lil more. Going to stop doing that. I was sleeved march 16. Revision from band to sleeve. Does it seem like I eat a whole lot since I am still fairly new out? My doc says I'm at a good amount and no worries 1/2c maybe a bit more. Please just let me know anyone if this is good calorie and etc wise. Thanks!!!!

I love my fitness pal. I have been creating a ton of recipes and love to know the fat , calorie & Protein content, I have been able to keep my daily fat % under 23% and also my carbs under 35%. I have shown people at work this APP and they are using it now.

My nutritionist said that I'm good at 1000 calories for now. When I get to my goal, they will up it to 1200 to maintain...
