I started off with the FitBit Force but had to send it back because of the recall. I'm using the FitBit One until they come out with a newer one. 521Diva 91 Posted April 18, 2014 My nut suggested using my fitness pal and I like the tracking site, but I am unsure of a few things. 1. If my total daily calories is 400, what should the sugar and carbs be? I know the Protein is 60, but have never been given a daily amount for the other. I know each food should have 10g or less carbs and 3g or less sugar. Should I multiply that by 3 meals and 2 or 3 Snacks? I am 3 weeks out, our calorie intake should be 400?
