If my total daily calories is 400, what should the sugar and carbs be? I know the Protein is 60, but have never been given a daily amount for the other. I did about 40g or around 60g total carbs. 400 calories is a bit low but then again you just had surgery. One of the things I like about mfp is that when you acquire "friends" you can see their food diaries and that helps me alot.
