On the mobile app you hit the "Home" button at the bottom of the screen, then the "daily" button up top and it will show you all the nutrients for the day so far, including carbs. Also you hit "my diary" down at the bottom and then click on any food on your diary and it will show you the info for that food. On a PC, just click "food" up top and it should take you to your food diary for the day. Down at the bottom should be your totals for that day including carbs. But on the summary it also shows a column for goals for carbs and Protein. Do you know where to set thise goals? Under MORE all I see to set a goal for is Calories.
