Catracks 865 Posted June 6, 2012 I just went over to My Fitness Pal from Fitday. I like Fitday's reports better, but MFP has a larger data base of foods. I have only found one thing it doesn't have and it was an special brand of salami called Alpino. I just used the calories for prosciutto, because that's what it really is: ground up Prosciutto. I just wish MFP had a few of the graphs and reports I really like, especially nutritional breakdowns of every Vitamin and mineral. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

willpastons 0 Posted June 7, 2012 I usually just stick to my orginal calorie goal (not to exceed 1200 calories) and not use the extras. Occasionally, I will use a portion of them, but definitely not all of them. I burned over 700 calories the other day and I used about 120 of those extra calories.
