Dry skin flaking off the scalp and itchiness is referred to as dandruff. Dandruff is one of the most common scalp problem people are facing today. There are two main types of dandruff - dry dandruff and oily dandruff. Those with an oily skin tend to suffer from oily dandruff while those with dry skin suffer from dry dandruff. One of the popular methods of eliminating dandruff is by using anti-dandruff shampoos. But these shampoos are ineffective after some months. Nevertheless, you can cure dandruff naturally and obtain permanent relief from this condition.

More and more people across the world are eagerly opting for the natural and herbal cures. There is now a very strong conviction among the general public that medicines extracted from plants and herbs used in antiquity for treatment are the best medicines, having no toxic or any other harmful effects on the human body. Natural cure, thus, forms the foundation of much modern pharmaceutical research, with more and more modern medicines being prepared from medicinal herbs and shrubs rather than synthetic chemicals. In fact, the negative effects of modern medicines and their toxic effects have led scientists to fall back upon natural products.

Thus Cure Dandruff naturally is the best alternative treatment. Very often, people use natural cure for dandruff for just a week or so and as soon as the dandruff has seemed to have cleared, they stop the treatment. However, discontinuing treatment before the condition has cleared completely will cause the problem to resurface. So to ensure permanent relief it is important to continue using these cures until the symptoms are completely impassive.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
