this is my 4th day of my pre-diet. shakes, cream Soups, sugar free pudding or Jello, 4 oz of meat once a day for the first week none the 2nd week, cottage cheese.

I am proud of myself - went to the movie, and popcorn is my FAVORITE food, and I didn't eat any of it even though it was sitting right next to me. My family isn't supportive of this so they do what they can to keep me off track. Just wants me to prove them wrong even more this time. Can't wait unti april 27 - y new life begins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
