I had my lap band 02/2010 and I have sone every thing to keep lossing the weight but I'm at a stand still, my weight loss keep going up 3 or lossing 3 and no more, I just went for a fill Wed 3-16-2011, and she told me that I did not need a fill but I know that I do becaue I'm still eatting what I want, they go by what you put on the list when youn come into the office, I know that I needed a fill, this is my fourth fill and I'm stuck at this weight for four months, I just can't seem to lose the last 25 lbs that I have left to go, do any one else out their know what to do.

Come on you can do it up your excersise you will get that 20lbs off dont count on fills to do it because then what do you do when you are full and cant get anymore fills

I know exactly where your at. I lost 110 lbs the first year. It's been very slow ever since...about a pound a month. I went to lap band support group last month. There was a rep there from allergan. They introduced me to their web site. http://www.lapband.com/en/home/ You can track your intake, exercise etc. I started using it the next day and poof...8 lbs lost in 2 weeks and going strong. 17 lbs to go.
