futurelookinghealthy 0 Posted March 20, 2011 I drink a lot of those flavored packets that you put into your water bottle. 0 calories and 0 carbs, so no problem with anything added to it. I also drink crystal lite, there are so many flavors to choose from. Decaf tea sweetened with splenda is also a good Water source. Just be imaginative and you will come up with plenty to keep you from being bored with just water
JJLaw08 4 Posted March 20, 2011 I drink Milo's Splenda tea mainly. Also, plain Water or Crystal Lite packets in water. I do orange juice every once in awhile. I took a sip of my dad's coke today, and it was so good, but can't have those.
TracyNYC 4 Posted March 20, 2011 I use the Crystal Lite drop ins, Vitamin Water and Protein Shakes. I have tea w/ splenda, but put Almond Breeze Unsweetened vanilla in it. It is 40 cal a cup, but don't use a cup for my tea.
reverie 49 Posted March 20, 2011 Water with Crystal Light. Fuze Slenderize is 10 calories for 8oz; 2 carbs. I usually just stick to Water though.
onebadkitty 0 Posted March 20, 2011 I drink Water, crystal and propel mixes added to water, coffee with sugar free Creamer, iced lipton tea with splenda so no cal or carbs either. Obviously my portion of milk a day, but I try to do that for Breakfast with a Protein Shake. I had a sip of a slushi the other day of my sons. It was way toooo sweet, I won't be doing that again. I was a Pepsi addict before they told me that my cholesterol and triglicerides were over the top, no more, and that's good because of the band too.
CheckYes 46 Posted March 20, 2011 I like the Target brand packets to mix in my Water bottle. Some of the flavors are amazing... Cherry limeade, tangerine strawberry and grape are my favorites. They also have lime margarita, strawberry orange banana and fruit punch. They are delicious. I always have one in my pocket or backpack.

MsJeannetteA 0 Posted March 20, 2011 Vitamin Water Zero and Welch's Diet Black Cherry (only 10 cal per 8oz serving). Either of these you can find at a convenience store.
Mommyto1 1 Posted March 21, 2011 Vitamin Water Zero and Crystal Light. I've also been drinking a lot of herbal Decaf tea with a little splenda.
honk 780 Posted March 21, 2011 Oceanspray now has a 5 cal individual serving packets.
Humming Bird 275 Posted March 21, 2011 I drink quite a bit of iced tea. Over the years I have become picky about the brand. My fav is lipton tea bags. I take a 2qt. pitcher and fill it about 2/3 full of hot Water, let 4 teabags steep in it for a couple hours and then add 5 packets of sweet-n-low and fill the rest with ice. I make a pitcher daily. nomorejellybelly 77 Posted March 21, 2011 I drink a lot of Water and lo-cal drinks like iced tea and Crystal Light type drinks, but I don't freak out about having a higher calorie drink. I just add that to my running total of calories for the day.
thejaketucker 1 Posted March 21, 2011 I drink coffee every day with cream and splenda. I also drink a protien shake made with soy milk every morning when I wake up, which keeps my protien up and food intake down (keeps me full) . I am still scared of soda champagne and beer
