when do they remove the surgical tape?

I had the strips and was told no baths or showers, just a PTA bath at the sink. He took the strips off at the 1 week appointment and then gave me the go-ahead to shower.

I was told coffee is okay, but to drink Decaf for the first 3 months because caffeine can irritate the stomach lining too soon after surgery. I'm now drinking half cafe.

You should be able to wet them, just not submerge them. Call your doc to double check - but I have had several surgeries in the past few years and that is always the case. Those strips could take a month or more to come off (depending on the type) - you can NOT go that long without a shower.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
