Am I drinking to much Water

I was banded on 2/23/11..I have a medical condition called Psuedotumor Cerebri, and I am taking a direutic for this disease. However, I am always thirsty and I cant seem to just sip Water, It seems that I am guzzling the water down. I know this is not the right approach if I do not want my band to stretch. However, I havent had my first fill yet and I do not feel any restrictions. I can eat and drink almost anything I want. Can someone please share their experiences with diuretics and these screaming hunger pangs...
