Interqual and Tricare

Hi all,

Did anyone who had Tricare North have to do the 6 month diet? Also does anyone know what the InterQual criteria are? Tricare's website is saying one thing and now Tricare and the Doctor are talking about InterQual requirements. Neither the doctor or Tricare can provide for me.

Tricare Prime North does have a six month supervised diet requirement. They tell you that you can use those six months to fulfill the Interqual requirements and your doctor will tell you what those are.
