I have been drinking those ensure Protein Shakes in the last few days. That seems to help a lot as well

i had 2 ensure shakes today and some yogurt... bawls i am still hungry LOL i may try mashed potatoes tonight :P

I have that growling too and I think its just gas, for me at least. Im two days out of surfer as well and I have no desire to eat.
