Margo 0 Posted January 10, 2006 Just wanted to pass along some great customer service news....I ordered something from QVC and the package came empty except for the packing slip. I called QVC to tell them figuring I was screwed. But, NO, they are sending the item again and by UPS so I get it sooner:eek: . Victoriana 10 Posted January 11, 2006 I had a similar incident, I ordered a scurb brush and cleaner set ant the lipuid cleaner had leaked just a little but enough to get jippid, I called and they sent out an entire new set! no extra postage. I have loved their customer service, thats why I keep shopping there! I agree, spread the word, I do and I just posted something about their rings, Just love the bling bling to pieces!
