spoiltmom 44 Posted March 16, 2011 I have little bruises all over mr lately. My wrist looks like someone grabbed me and wouldnt let go and I also have little bruises on my inner thighs....which has me stumped because they are so chubby how could they possibly be hit hard enough to bruise? Do you think it's just a coincidence or something nutritional that I'm missing?
JennEdge 2 Posted March 16, 2011 I have little bruises all over mr lately. Do you think it's just a coincidence or something nutritional that I'm missing? I've also noticed this. I was getting out of the shower the other day and noticed this huge bruise - about the size of a softball - on my tummy. I don't remember being hit hard enough to do anything like that. I've been making sure I get all my protien and taking the recommended Vitamins and stuff too. It's a mystery to me...
spoiltmom 44 Posted March 16, 2011 I keep teasing dh. I keep telling him if I don't find the cause of these bruises people are going to think he's doing it. My wrist really looks like someone just squeezed the heck out of it.

54Shirley 105 Posted March 16, 2011 We at Henry Ford Bariatric Center are put on "FLINSTONES COMPLETE WITH CHOLINE" Now don't laugh to hard,, They happen to be one of the best Vitamins out there for Bariatric patients. They are chewable, they are in a orange box not to be confused with the regular chew ables. These contain CHOLINE, and it is very good for you. I do about 4 a day, and no bruising. If I start to forget to take them, the bruises come back. Takes about 2 weeks to a moth for all to go away, and not come back.
Jess55 97 Posted March 17, 2011 Have you had bloodwork recently? I would definitely have some done, if you are bruising so easily it could indicate a variety of different things. Not saying it definitely means anything but I still would check it out

MarcyLoo 12 Posted March 17, 2011 My mom bruises a lot (not banded) and her doctor told me it was a Vitamin deficiancy but i can;t recall which one. Are you taking a daily Multivitamin? if not I;d start.
