tanqueray 16 Posted March 9, 2011 I have been using Lose It for the iPhone. LOVE IT!!!
TexasNurseMom 5 Posted March 9, 2011 I use the myfitnesspal app for my iPhone, but you can do it online too. I am doing about 1200 cal a day right now. I am 4 weeks our and on reg food. Have a fill in 2 weeks so will prob decrease my cals some then. But I am losing so I guess it us working. I Ike this app a lot. I have yet to find a food if doesn't have listed. I can pit in my exercise too and it tells me how many cal I burned. And it tracks your nutrition too so I always know how many grams of Protein I am getting, Vitamins, Fiber etc. And when you close out your day at night it tells you how much you will lose in 5 weeks if you continue to eat like you did that day. Which can be a good reality check. Especially if you are like me and slip up and eat crap on occasion. Try it out!
54Shirley 105 Posted March 9, 2011 I get my calories info from calorie king, and I journal it in a 5 subject notebook. This way my surgeon can go threw it, and see how I am doing.
TKW 501 Posted March 9, 2011 I use the application on "My lap-band Journey" It is the same as Fit-Day. It tracks my calories, fittness (calories burned) fiber, protien... the works!
Mom-2-one 0 Posted March 10, 2011 I also use My Fitness Pal app. I am glad I started using a food journal. It was a reality check to see how much calories there actually are in foods i used to think were somewhat healthy. I really like the fact eveything is counted for you with the application. It makes it easy to keep on track.

chloes_countdown 1 Posted March 10, 2011 I use myfitnesspal & love it! All my Protein powders, Vitamins & exercises are all in there. so easy - and like others have posted - tracking food everyday is a major reality check. Having the app on my phone makes it really quick to record everything. I consider this to be one my keys to success. good luck! chloe
jenfromtheburgh 0 Posted March 10, 2011 I use the food journal on the Realize site. It is very good and my nutritionist can check it at any time. It also tracks my progress, Water, Vitamins, etc. and has other features that are helpful.
