WALKING WEIGHT BALLS

I have become a big fan of the Leslie Sansone walking DVD's. In several of the sessions, she uses weight balls. I have been having trouble finding them here in the Los Angeles area. I know that they are online but I want to try them before making the purchase. Does anyone have them and where did you get them? How many pounds are the blue ones that she starts out with? THANKS!

I LOVE Leslie!!! I have the ultimate collection, the walk for your week and am going to get 2 more. She is very clever about disguising a good cardio work out. And I LOVE the people she has in her DVD... no playmate types. She is encouraging and spiritual. Love it. I tell everyone about it because she really does have something for ALL fitness levels.

About the weights... I just bought a set of 3 lb hand weights and 5 lb handweights. I interchange them depending on how I feel. I also do the work outs with 5lb ankle weights.

When you buy her DVD I suggest walmart.com or overstock.com. They have alot of types and good prices. What I do is when i am looking for one of her types is I go to youtube to see some of the clip of the DVD then decide which one to buy.
