Hey ladies......... I did 13 laps late night.....YEAHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHH now I am going to figure out how many steps that was so I can find out how many miles......I'm back its 1 1/2 miles

FMI (For My Information):)

10 laps 2600 steps = 1 1/4 miles

7.6 laps = 2000 steps= 1 mile

1.9 laps= 500 steps= 1/4mile

1 lap 260 steps

15 laps = 2 miles

:update:   :horn: :horn:

I was banded last week Tuesday. I told myself I would not weigh myself until my post-op appointment with surgeon. I cheated!!

:cheer2: :cheer2:

I weighed myself today and I'm down :) 14 pounds since surgery and 25 since pre-op diet. :drum:

:becky: I'm so happy about this. I needed this to help get me excited to keep it going through my mushies and until my fill. My goal is to be 255 by my first fill (1st week in May)

:plane: :)

294/269/165----OMG like only 100 more to go already!!! :gluck:

:P

:boxing:

Are we walking this weekend...gotta see the cherry blossoms!!:rose: :rose: :rose:

I'm happy, I walked the halls a bit Friday and did aerobics Saturday morning. The most fun was walking with Karen, Connie, Keisha and Pookie Saturday. We walked about a mile and then did aerobics and danced for another mile in the parking lot. I'm sure we looked crazy but I bet we all have a weight loss this week. LOL I worked out Saturday evening......lot's of sweating. Sunday I did laundry so up and down doing that.....I was pooped last night and slept well. Today I hope to get outside and walk since the weather will be nice again.

It was funny and it wasn't just going in a circle.

I think Stocky will become an official mall walker......GO Stocky GO, walk it off and right into sizes smaller.:clap2:

LSasha I went to your spot yesterday and walked around on the outside. I only took 1 trip around because I was drained for some reason.:faint: It is 200 steps shy of 2 miles on the outside but by time I got back home, I made my 200 steps.

Carrie you are doing a great job, keep it up. It is amazing that you are still focused on your weight loss with all the balls :jaw:you have in the air.

I am so sorry but I was thinking:brick: :yell:

I didn't want to slow you down. It was a last minute thought. I didn't really want to go and I was drained.

I am always talking about you because I am totally impressed with your weight loss and how you are just running with it. You say you don't have a band....that means this is YOU losing a million pounds in just months. Look at what you have accomplished in a short period of time. Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

Am feeling this right now. My surgery date is 4/1. Sign the consent tomorrow. I feel like I overloaded myself with too much info, too many opinions. Got to the point where I was wondering if I should do this. Then I thought of my reasons for taking this step and that settled my nerves. Still get moments of doubt but am striving forward. Am just going to follow my book from the surgeon. Joined this because I was told by my dietician that I should do this for support
