Motivation/Exercise

OK is anybody moving their body anymore? What happen?:director: HELLLOOOOO

Well there are 2 people who are know who have been moving:Banane25:.....Karen and Connie have been doing some walking. I have been doing a little in house walking and dancing after talking to those 2. I obviously can't talk about any other movements....hence :funnypost:

This has been me lately----->:)

I havent been walking or to the gym in about a mth. Today I have no excuses, therefore I will either be at the track or gym.:yo:

I've stuck with my program of 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-7 times a week, but.... tonight, I'm driving to Rochester MN because my dad is having surgery on Friday, and I won't be home til Saturday night, so my pacing in the hospital will have to be good enough for a couple days.

I noticed for the first time last night - when I had a Protein Bar at lunch (instead of my typical dinner) and lots of Protein for dinner (fish), I seemed to rock HARD on the bike - doing about about 1mph more on average than without the extra push of protein.

LSasha I'm sorry to see your sitting problem. Hopefully, you can get rid of the attachment.....the sofa.

Jill great program and the pacing is good. I hope your dad's surgery goes well.

Thank you again personal trainer Karen for calling and making me walk. I also got some more exercise that Stocky, Connie and Lsasha won't let me discuss.:guess What are you guys doing you little:angel: . Speaking of angels, where is Kee, she is MIA again.

All because of your reminder I went to the track last evening and did 3 miles. It was cold as a sumbitch, but I stayed and finished it.:clap2:

Hellooo Ladies... Sorry I havent posted recently... I have been studying for the CPA and have been really busy (sarrwee)

Everyone is doing so well on their exercise... YOU GO LADIES.... Hopefully when the weather breaks, I will be more motivated to walk with my pom poms...

Stocky has fallen and can't get up !! No exercise and ate everything and anything this weekend .. Darn PMS.

I actually made it back into the gym this weekend. It was great, they had a welcome back cake, balloons and everything:nervous
