Swan56 6 Posted March 7, 2011 I made a discovery a few days ago and I wanted to share. I noticed that for months (before surgery), I was getting headaches daily. Most the time they would last most of the day - varying in degree. The other day I realized I haven't had much of a headache at all (the first a few days ago) since surgery. The only thing I can think that's changed is my eating habits. I guess all the crap I was eating was upsetting my body. It feels good to know what my changes aren't just affecting my size, they're also making me feel better!

Jodi_620 37 Posted March 9, 2011 That was something I noticed after banding as well. I used to get daily headaches, not bad ones just dull annoying headaches. I had to take tylenol more often than I liked. But headaches are rare for me now. I used to also always wake up with an achy back and that no longer happens. And going up and down stairs without the aching and cracking in the knees and ankles is a wonderful improvement too. Like Willem said, you will discover many pleasant health improvements as time goes on.
