I went to wal-mart and got a G.E. single blender, it has 7 containers with covers. You just put your Protein mix and milk in, blend and your ready to go.

I am glad to hear the blender works well. I purchased one the other day for Protein Shakes.< /p>

Any of you just pick up a shaker bottle, and shake, your Protein shake. I mean I do... If I was going to add fruits, nuts I would use a Blender. But a Regular shake, I do by hand.. Besides if it settles to the bottom, I can just give it a short shake.

Have fun, hope you enjoy it.

yea but the powder sometimes seems to clump. when you mix these up you just flip the cup over screw the cover on and pack them in your lunch pale. By the way if anyone is drinking the Protein fusion drinks the cinnamon bun one is great.

Glad it works for you, and tanks for the tip.

I love the Magic Bullet! It is perfect because the

blender becomes the cup you drink out of so there is less clean up. I was one

of those people that thought it was pointless to use a contraption, but at work

the other day I mixed the powder into my shaker cup and it got clumpy no matter

how much I shook and it became slimy globules. Never again.

I have a Hamilton Beach single serving blender. The mixing cup is a travel mug so you can mix and go. $15 at Walmart works great with ice.

I have a Hamilton Beach single serve blender. Just mix and go, it has a travel lid. It is quiet and doesn't take up lots of room! The price is affordable, under $20 at Walmart.< /p>

I started with the MAgic Bullet...and the motor crapped out after only a month or two....so I now am using the generic magib bullet type thing that JCPenney's had on sale during the holidays....MUCH better quality than the MAgic Bullet was as it is still trucking over a year later! (and it cost like $30!)

My son bought a Magic Bullet for me. Big disappointment given the expense. I only use it when I'm mixing my Protein powder and almond milk because a shaker (has a round little wire ball you drop into it) still leaves clumps of powder. If I'm adding banana, I have to use the blender because the bullet leaves clumps of fruit.< /p>

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
