Being this is your first post, I think we need more information. Do you mean tips with the Lap Band? Pre-op? going it alone?....

Track your calories, keep it around 1200 or under. Exercise.

1200 calories, if you're the average female. I believe the average male requires 1600 cals.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
