[/quote Glad to hear you're doing well! Walking around the house and outside when you're ready is the best thing for the gas pains. Hello, I am happy to see most were reporting losses this week. For those who gained or stayed the same I suggest you keep doing the things we know we should all be doing. Protein, Water, exercise, no sliders, limit empty calories. Is your band keeping you in the green zone? Do you need an appointment with your surgeon? Sometimes after a week with a good loss we may not lose for a bit after that, like a week or two. What other suggestions do people have for those who are not losing at this time? We are having a great time in San Francisco. I have been walking A LOT and doing well with my food choices.
