EL Diva 1 Posted February 28, 2011 I think I have found a found a topic a more controversial than politics or religion .... Lapband! There seems to be so many opinions of what is the right diet, the proper fill, or the exact amount of excorcise ( and YES. I purposely misspelled it ! ) lol! IMHO as Long as you are losing weight in a healthy way since your surgery, ....... It's a good thing! Any weightloss is something to be celebrated since our past dictates otherwise. So, let's celebrate.....1 Lb, 20 Lb, 50Lb, good on ya!
Jodi_620 37 Posted February 28, 2011 I agree! In the beginning I chose to watch carbs closely, I never pushed it on others but recommended it for those who found trouble with head hunger and craved carbs, I got jumped on by one or two people here about how wrong my idea was. But my method got me where I need to be. Everyone knows their bodies best and they need to choose the method that works for them. No matter how successful a person is with the band, they don't have all the answers for everyone, it is not a one size fits all process.
