Davidsgirl 0 Posted February 21, 2011 I do have a question about carb intake. The last visit I had I was told my carb intake needse to come down. xavier 153 Posted February 22, 2011 Dont focus on carbs which you might have to restrict. Focus on what you CAN have and do need...protein! If you eat 60 grams of Protein you wont be able to overdo the carbs! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
