2nd fill-will it get looser or do I need an unfill? Please help!

I think you need to call your surgeon's office and ask for an appt for an unfill....sounds like a small amount (like 0.25) would be helpful. Best wishes and post after your appt.

how do you know when its initial swelling or an overfill? what time frame do you start to get "concerned"?

I have had the band for 5 years but hardly ever get a fill so EACH time is like a whole new experience!!

Im going through the same thing. My second fill was yesterday - 1cc , 4 total, and do I feel the difference. Everything is coming up. Thanks, this board works!
