Snacks??

Ok so I just had my first fill last Fri. All is good but I have to fill in two spaces with Snacks 9 am and 3 pm . I'm clueless what a good snack would be. What do think is a good choice? I have had no bad food reactions yet but I'm staying away from rice & bread.< /p>

I've been having things like lean turkey pepperoni, cheese strings, laughing cow cheese triangles, bell pepper strips, cucumber rounds ( sometimes topped with a little feta cheese).

My newest favorite snack is oscar meyer smoked turkey slices with light laughing cow cheese. Loads of protien and only 80calories. ( 6 slices of tiurkey and 1 cheese wedge.)

I like yogurt, cheddar cheese, tuna fish, almonds & fresh fruit.< /p>

I don't do many Snacks, I'd rather have larger meals, but I like almonds, maybe crackers & Peanut Butter or a laughing cow, or a SF pudding or fudgical.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
