B - 1 fried egg, few bites of hashbrowns

L - grilled Thalipa w/ a few bites of mashed pot.

D - same as lunch - didn't want it going to waste..

Thursday 1/26/06

B - 5 crackers w/ low fat pb

L - 4 chicken nuggets and 1/2 small fry

D - refried Beans w/ cheese & ff sour cream

Wed...25th

B= refried Beans w/salsa & lil' cheese...eggbeaters"southwest style"w/lil' cheese Very good Breakfast...I was stuffed!

L= Campbells-"select,gold label" red pepper&blackbean Soup...one "spicyblack bean" veggie burger. Very good, i must say...

D=1 crab cake and 1 salmon cake, green salad, asparugus....O.K., but not great.

B= eggbeaters and oatmeal....

L= flounder and cucumber and spagetti salad mixed w/ ginger soy salad dressing"low-fat"

That is great...so keep up w/ what you are doing and it shouldn't stop. I need to follow you...I think I have only lost about 3 pounds in that same time frame. I am going to have to get some of those eggbeaters they sound good.

Breakfast: One of those prepackaged thingies of Corn Flakes with Sugar (bad, I know):phanvan

Lunch: SEVERAL chicken nuggets from the school cafeteria. YUCK!:cry

Supper: 1 and a half beef enchilada and a few chips

Oh good grief, I didn't really realize how bad I was! The really bad thing is that since tomorrow is the party, Monday is my birthday, Tuesday is Jamie's REAL birthday and another party (We have two because my mama and my mother-in-law don't jive too well) I'm going to be having cake for the next four days!! :nervous

Your look alot better than mine...I had two slices of pizza last night....crust and all. Yesterday was just one of those days for me....and it sucks since I had a decent day the day before. Oh I think the worst was the ice cream sundae I had at the mall. What kinda of brain fart lets me order an ice cream sundae?
