-Weight : Today (day of surgery) Im 271.

-Height: 5'4

-BMI: Today - 46.5

- Any Co's: sleep apnea, High cholesterol, High blood pressure, GERD, IBS, Fluid retention, asthma, infertility due to weight

-Name of Insurance: Tricare North

I am a 20 year old female. Married with 1 child. Had my daughter at 15 before I gained all my weight. I am being banded today (February 11th, 2011) around 12pm (est). I am excited but very nervous!!
