zeniada 9 Posted February 3, 2011 I just got my Power Juicer today and have made juice for my family and myself...It tasted so wonderful but I am concerned about the sugar content in the juice. Now it's all natural and so far I have made carrot/apple juice and have drunk about 8oz. Should I be worried that it is too much sugar? I dont drink any other sweetened drinks I dont even put sugar in my coffee but splenda. Thanks for the imput.
HeatherinCA 10 Posted February 3, 2011 fruit has a lot of sugar. http://www.sugarstacks.com/fruits.htm http://www.thepaleodiet.com/nutritional_tools/fruits_table.html here's a diagram and chart.. I would be careful.. it's just liquid calories. Would be better offer eating the whole fruit, at least it'll fill you up
AngelaL 0 Posted February 5, 2011 Sounds delicious, but my NUT told me to limit fruit juice to 4-6 oz per day because of the sugar. I would think vegetable juices would be a different story though.
