LapBandBobbi 8 Posted January 31, 2011 On Saturday, I jogged my first mile in many many years. I had to really push myself thru it, but I did it! I have been jogging/walking 3 miles over the pat month and have only been able to actually jog 1/2 mile at a time. I seem to run out of air before my legs give out. Any suggestions on how to get my breathing under control? I'm really looking forward to being about to jog the entire 3 miles. This exercise has really helped with the weight loss and has resulted in lots of inches lost.

Do a 5 minute warm up, then go as fast as you can for 30 seconds rest and go easy for 90-120 seconds, do this 8-10 times over the course of your jogging time and make sure to give yourself 5 minutes or so at the end for a cood easy cool down.
